MALLARD'S FLIGHT WINS THE 2009 ANDREW'S TROPHY

Many congratulations to Tony Armstrong, owner of Mallard's Flight (pictured above), a 25 foot slipper launch built by ourselves in 1987, which this year won the prestigious Andrew's Trophy at the 32nd Traditional Boat Rally at Fawley Meadows, Henley on Thames.

The Andrew's Trophy is awarded for restoration, maintenance and presentation and is open to all slipper launches. Tony, a local consultant plastic surgeon, is pictured (inset) receiving his award with a windswept Peter Freebody.

Mallard's Flight was just one of a number of craft associated with us that were in the running for awards this year.
